Our company’s steel bar cutting machine uses a pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder with a blade for cutting. It features a bilingual (Chinese and English) display interface controller, allowing you to preset various steel bar specifications and automatically select them for precise cutting. The machine includes an automatic length detection function and uses a variable frequency drive for segmented control, ensuring high-speed feeding at the front and automatic deceleration at the end, reducing impact and enhancing cutting accuracy.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with an anomaly detection controller that automatically stops the machine in case of any abnormality. It can also be configured with an automatic bar feeder, providing automatic feeding and end-shaping capabilities.
