Our spun pile mold uses a design where the upper and lower parts fit together in a staggered way, with a completely flat joint plate, making it easy to clean without any slurry leakage. The wheels are made in a “T” shape and are integrated with the support plate. Our molds, made for 6-meter pressure machines, have simplified joints, reducing welding and improving strength and appearance.
We use carbon dioxide gas shielded welding for a clean look and neat seams. Also, we’ve partnered with colleges to introduce “robot welding project”. Our long lathe can handle mold sets under 15 meters, improving concentricity.
